Many thanks to NC for letting me log this supplement. I have a little bit of history with their products and am excited to be taking bodyform for the next few months!
Previously I used bodyform while dieting down. I lost 7ish lbs over 5-6weeks (135 in June to 128 by then end of July). It was the easiest diet I've ever done, with no loss in strength. I have been, more or less, maintaining since then. My weight has gone up somewhat, but abs and leg definition are coming out more.
The plan is to use bodyform on my rest days*. I currently drink a lot of coffee, so will be drinking bodyform instead. I also plan to keep calories lower on these days (1800ish). I'll be using BBS dominion as a preworkout. I'll also be keeping calories higher (2500+) on training days. I'm hoping for something of a recomp, with a lot of strength gains.
Training is currently 3-4x/week. I'm squatting 3x/week using linear progression, deadlifting 1x/week. I'm coming off some shoulder/elbow inflammation, so will slowly be adding in light benching and OHPing.
*this plan is subject to change at any moment. I may also take bodyform as a preworkout.

I started at 155 for 5x5 on squats 12 days ago. I've done 5lb increases each session for 5x5. Today I dropped to 3x5 @ 175.
I took 1/2scoop of dominon before training. There's a ton of caffeine in this product, so I find I don't need much to wake me up, despite the 5am workout time. I love that it has creatine, beta alanine, l-arginine in it. I'm really bad about taking several products regularly, so one product that has everything is best for me.
****
back squats: 95x5, 115x3, 135x3
155x5(x2)
175x5(x3)
* lighter sets at 155 were nice, really helped prepare me better to hit depth. Will be keeping this in.
* I'm hoping to get 2-3 more work sessions, today was really difficult. 5seconds in between each rep, 4-5mins in between each set. I'm willing to drop work sets to 2x5 or 1x5 just to keep increasing the weight. Another 10days or so and I'll move into non-linear progression, which will make it a lot easier to hit my sets, and keep the extra excercises that I like to do in.
OHP:
45x5
55x5(x2)

Tuesday 11/20/12
Yesterday I took in 2800cals w/300g of carbs. I had been doing around 2300/200g. My lower back DOMS is waaay down, I have more energy, looking forward to squatting again... food is good.
I have been sipping on bodyform all day, 1 scoop in 1/2 liter of water. So tasty! Without this, I would have been falling asleep at the computer. It has also helped with keeping hunger pains at bay. I'm keeping calories low throughout the day, because of a dinner party tonight. Should be around 2000cals by then end of the day, so a little over target, but eh...
*****
Got in an upper body workout, but no benching, maybe tomorrow with more squats.
Chins:
2x5 @BW
3x3 @ 25 <- had thought I would be able to hit 5...
OH extension/lat pulldown
4 sets
cable curls/face pulls
3 sets
lots of shoulder rehab moves
- somewhat lame workout, but it feels good to be using these muscles again.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172554141

Got stuck working today. Took 1/2 scoop of bodyform for motivation and because there was no time for breakfast. That was 4hrs ago and I'm still going strong. Another hour or two until lunch.
Have gotton in two workouts since last Tuesday. I hit 180x5 on Wednesday and 185x5 on Friday for back squats. Its getting freakin' heavy. Both are huge PRs for me. Keeping cals low today, and going for 190x5 tomorrow.
My weight has been hanging around 130-131, although I had one day at 128??http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172554141

4am work start time today, so I have 1 large scoop of bodyform in 1/2 liter water for sipping on. Nice thing about doing it this way, is I can take a nap easily in the afternoon, before coming back to work again....
Upper body workout yesterday - the highlights:
3x5 weighted pullups (17.5lb)
3x6@BW pullups
3x5 BOR (110lb)
hyperextensions

Thursday 11/29/12
Only took a small amount of dominon today, but still managed to have a good workout.
Back Squats
w/u: 95x5, 115x5, 135x5
work sets:
155x5
180x5 - this weight is starting to feel comfortable. Good depth on all reps.
195x3 - racked it after the 3rd rep, all reps hit good depth, just sloooow coming up, and on the third rep my knees came in
185x3 - going for 5, but not enough rest, so racked it.
*PR!! not quite what I was hoping for, but considering reps/depth were much better than last session, I'll take it
*I think I'll see how I feel Saturday, maybe work up to 195 again (try to hit those 5 reps), maybe get more work sets in on the ramp up
* Either way dropping down to 160-165 on monday for 5x5 volume workout. (80% of 1RM based on todays performance)
GMs
8@ 105, 115, 125
Chinups
BWx6 (x2)
Bodyform has officially replaced coffee as my caffeine source. Sipped on it all day yesterday, got work finished by 3pm (still an 11hr day...), took a nap and was up for dinner/evening activities. Food intake yesterday was on point (1900ish cals - rest day) and I expect today to be 2800 with lots of carbs. yummmhttp://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172554141

Here's the whole workout done on Saturday.
Warehouse gym!
Back squats
95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 155x5
175x5
185x5
190x5
195x5 PR!
200x2 PR! (video above)
Log press
70x5 (x3)
Trap Bar Deadlifts
170x5
220x5
270x1
270x2
290x0
*too big of a jump, should have tried 280
270x1
220x5
*lots of fun, never done these before, so it was a little wierd starting out
Pullups/stones/farmers
2x5/70#x8/~75 (each hand) for 30ft
*farmers sucked. hands hurt so bad. also the handle was really difficult to manuever, kept banging around.
*stones were fun. still can't the 157 stone, so I'm stuck doing the small one.
*******
Also, I got some samples of the new coffee flavor bodyform!!! I'll be trying one tomorrow. I love the flavor of coffee and don't need cream or sugar to drink mine. I have high hopes/expectations for this flavor.
Weighed in at 130 today, so despite all these high calorie days, I'm managing to keep a balance. Weights/strength is increasing. I'm feeling pretty good about nutrition and training atm.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172554141

Apparently it's "Mocha" not a true coffee.
But, mocha is a great name - chocolately with a hint of the espresso taste. I only mixed it in a small cup of water, and it was a little sweet for my tastes. I'll be diluting it out more tomorrow.
****
And squats keep inching up! Workout done today. I forgot my dominion, so I took 1/2scoop of bodyform before this workout. Not bad, considering how tired I was walking into the gym
Tuesday 12/4/12
Back squats: 95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 165x5
180x5
190x5
200x4 <- hard, racked it on the 4th, as I didn't want to fail.
GMs

This was a small increase over the previous workout, so I'll be changing programming a little bit. 2 heavy squat days with 1 recovery squat day. Fourth day will be upper body.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172554141

Saturday 12/8/12
Another 4am workday begins....I'll be here tomorrow and Monday morning as well. It's freezing at this hour, so I heated up my water, added a little mocha bodyform and have a 'cup of chocolate' to make the morning a little better. I have been using less bodyform lately (1/4-1/3 of a scoop).
Luckily, I don't have to stay here all day, I'll be training later this morning. Squats! As usual.
I think the plan is a heavy 3x5 (185-190).http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172554141

185x3(x5)
* switched it around to get same volume, could not make myself hit 5 reps
* depth was good
Deads (conventional)
1@185, 205, 235, 255
* felt a little happier after this, squats put me in a bad mood, but this is the heaviest I've gone in a while
RDLs
3x10@ 135
Pullups
BWx5 (x4)
OHP

Just a note to add: Weight hasn't increased and I've been taking bodyform mostly on my rest days for the last ~month. I'm going to increase food amounts on lifting days - being sure to get 2800 and even up to 3000cals.
I'll be traveling for the holidays (19-26th), so will take a break from bodyform/training at that point.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172554141

I saw your workout and thought the same thing! too funny. It's the perfect leg workout though.
RE: back - you might be surprised at what yours currently looks like- this photo was taken with great lighting while I was doing a pullup. Relaxed, I don't have much/any definition.

Not really. I would like to think I would do one, but the reality is there is nothing even remotely close (less than 5 hour drive) to where I live. So, if I did one, I would have to really research it and make a huge time commitment to get there, and if I am going to do that, I would want to make it worth my time and win. Maybe someday, but for now I will just focus on this "First" goal of dropping 10% BF in 16 weeks (that's the goal with my bodybuilding coach I start with on Friday).

Thursday 12/13/12
I'll be in town for 4 more days. Not sure what/when lifting will be like, hopefully two more good sessions. Then a week break/light work. Anybody have goals for 2013? I've been trying to set mine out.
They will probably be a continuation of last year. 225 squat, 315 deadlift. I think I actually want to try to compete - strongman style. Just gotta find a competition that I won't zero out in.
I need to get better at food intake. I haven't been quite making my goals, and I'm getting into a mood where I don't want to eat. Back to adding in chocolate milk and protein shakes.
Also, will be graduating this year. So...need to find a post-doc position.
warmed up with GM squats today and loved them. At first my bf was making fun of me, but he ended up liking them too.
95x5, 115x5(x3)
* stance is closer together for GMs (as compared to back squats)
* vid coming
Back squats
135x5
155x5
170x5
180x5 (x3)
PR for sets at this weight
GMs
115x5x3
Some pushups/tricep extensions/shoulder rehab
* need to make more of an effort to do shoulder rehab against a wall - feels much better
OHP
45x5
55x5
60x3
*heavy, didn't feel right. try again next time.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172554141

Girl, I about flipped a lid when I first saw that video. Scared the bejeesus out of me. Then I saw the description. Whew! lol. I'm not fan of good mornings so I think I will stay away from that lift. Looks like you had good control though.
I'm still working on sorting out my goals as well. I think I will just focus on getting the most out of my bodybuilding coach and then reevaluate at the end of 16 weeks. Where do you live? I live in Texas. If you decide on a strongman event maybe it will be in the middle. Or maybe even have one online, kinda like they do with the crossfit open, where you have to videotape the workout. Hmmm, just thought of that, maybe a possibility. Whaddya think."There's something about a heavy weight that makes a body not want to get under it. lol! yea - it's really weird to set up for and takes a lot of concentration. Equinom suggested they would help with my squat form, since I tend to lean when coming up.

I do like the online challenges that are thrown around BB.com. I don't know what else is available. Sometimes people take things too personally though. if you see anything, I would at least give it a try.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172554141
