Can you have progressive overload without adding weight?

As my home equipment is limited to 2 15kg dumbells (adjustable from 2-15kg) , is there another way to achive progressive overload and maintain gains?

(NOTE: cant get to a gym for around 6 months)

Adding reps is a form of progressive overload. But 15 kg is very little weight for many exercises though .. I don't know your strength levels though so it could work out for you, better than nothing

Why cant you hit a gym? More reps and proper form with a full stretch and contraction on each muscle will help. Slow down negatives also for a longer time under tension. If 15kg isnt enough for your compound movements maybe think about buying a barbell and some weight. If not udolize supersets and pre exhaustion by doing isolation exercises first in your workouts.

    Go to your school gym.

You won't gain/maintain **** if all you have are a set of dumbbells.

for now you could increase sets/reps and reduce the time you rest in between sets but there not much you can do with 2 15 kg dumbells should think of joining a gym or investing in a proper home gym.

Better off doing body-weight exercises vs the 15kg dumbbells.

I'm sure you can make a pretty effective workout by adding callisthenics (body weight exercise) into your workout. Just put in a few dropsets to increase the intensity.
You can also overload by increasing frequency of your training, ie instead of training everything once a week, try training it twice a week.
Take care of your nutrition as well if you want to be most efficient with your time and effort, http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...#post943977863
    Good luck
    DeadL - 475lbs
    Squat - 420lbs
    Bench - 285lbs
