Well brother, that's a whole lot of history and incredibly rich tradition! Sounds like a good mix to me! I thought I was a pure breed Englishman for years. July 13th, 2009 I herniated a few discs in my back and pinched my sciatic nerve, and discovered I had arthritis in my lower back.
I have not been able to give it my all since.
I used to deadlift 405 at will.
I want it back.
I deadlift a bit differently, eliminating hamstring involvement and I do not deadlift off the floor nor touch the floor whatsoever, unless I fail.
1st the base must be re-bulilt by repping 315 and graduating it to 405.
This will be slow.
*Today I dug out the 1990's Gator's gym Gear sweatshirt and wore it with pride in the gym.*-cereal

There's some serious volume here! Plenty of high rep work as well as the heavy stuff. Looks like you spend some long sessions in the gym
I liked the approach you've got to getting your deadlift back up --- that was a load of reps at a manageable weight and those are seriously strong GMs to build up that posterior chain strength.
And no legs ? I assume you just missed posting a leg workout actually
