    RC sore need some info please

    A month ago I started doing behind the head wide grip chins and my shoulder started making a quiet popping sound. So I stopped doing those then it started making the same popping sound on my front wide grip chins. So i stoped doing those. Now I can still do bench press but my shoulder feels a little tender on those to now, also on lateral raises. Its not excrusiating but I can still do them. ive been told its a rotator cuff injury. My question is what can i do at the gym till that heals up and how long till I can lift heavy again?

    well I guess Im going to just do legs once a week and then run on the eliptical 4 days a week for an hour or so for a month. I hope it only takes a month. might as while get ripped up. I also found some rotator cuff excersices. How often should I do those?
