Tabasco is usually my go-to! It's available at woolies, I wish they had the chipotle version though...

    Hey guys!

I wanted to ask the question about these macros for 500g of Coles - Australian Cauliflower and Broccoli copied straight from my myfitnesspal.

    127cal 6g carbs 17g protein 1g fat 12g fibre

I'm slightly concerned about the carb count being lower than the protein count. Obviously the fibre has to do something with this. Do I add the fibre back to the carb figure and recalculate the calories? It is messing with my macro counting (cals being higher when I haven't even hit my carb intake)

Thanks for any input in advance

total carb count there is carbs+fibre, but the calories are correct. because the fibre doesn't have the same calories per gram as a normal carb. why does aussie labeling have to be so confusing re; fibre?

    Average Daily Macros??

Where are you having breakfast?? I'm considering coming down from Sydney, and recommendations on which Doherty's to train at and cheap places to stay?

On another note, anyone tried this mocha stuff ? Seems too good to be having within my diet...

I recall it used to be solely a Woolworth's product. Now it seems to be shifting. Which ain't a bad thing! Coles is closer to me haha

has anyone purchased any whey from bb.com? I love these promax bars and really want to buy them from bb.com. Would customs stop it? It looks like it's allowed.

I just moved to Sydney, is Mad Mex my best option or is there another burrito place worth bingeing at? :-)

    - made some burritos today
    - ingredients were relatively cheap
    - wasnt enough carbs in a meal for my liking
    - will probably put less chicken and more rice in next time
    - overall 10/10, would eat again

Moogs - apart from Mad Mex there's Guzman & Gomez - fantastic burritos! They're on King St in the city and are opening a store at world square.

Thinking of buying a slow cooker.

Plan is to throw in some meat and sauce over night, then pack it for lunches in the morning. Sound like a good idea? Just need a different way of cooking chicken.

Not sure which to get... one is $19 one is $59...

I've got a Sunbeam 4.5L slow cooker - perfect size for me. 6L is just a little too big...

There are certain products that will - which are 'approved' in the store.
You can't add anything/ check out with anything that isn't approved.
Also - bb.com is meant to include a 'full product listing / ingredient listing' in the box as well.
    So you should be sweet.

Yes, it is just postage that is the killer -- so depending on what you get, it may, or may not, be cost effective.
