    IMHO i'd try to do weights in the morning and then cardio in the afternoon

    If you can space it out, that would be better. Be sure to refeed after your weight training and after your cardio if you do them back to back.

    I've always found doing cardio right after doing a work out is a lot easier than doing it seperately.

    You can but not a good choice.

    After a weightraining session, it is PRIMORDIAL to give your body the nutriments he needs to recover from heavy training --> Dextrose, protein.
