    Re-feed help for tomorrow

    Im at 177lbs and Im follwing Layne Nortons diet for cutting and I want to have a perfect refeed tomorrow macro wise and calorie wise its mint but the timing I need help with. should I consume most of the carbs before the gym or after? I was thinking wake up with a protein shake with oats then have a 1100cal plate of spagetti and sauce 1.5hrs befor the gym then a dextrose shake during and then a 650cal ravioli plate after the gym. should I switch the big plate of pasta with the small one? macros for tomorrow are 180p 405c 43f at 2805cal

    Personally my training would be affected eating that much prior.
