This was a new study (April 2012) we looked at in my EXS 230 class this past week that I found it quite interesting.
Thoughts? we discussed it in class and I have my opinions but am curious to see your thoughts on it. Its a long read but worth it.

I'd have to go check, but without plaigerizing Alan and without knowing how to spell plaigerizing, I'd point out that this was done in subjects with no prior training experience and it would be reasonable to conclude that results would probably be different in a population of experienced bodybuilders.
