Is it matter how many time do I eat? For example I eat 3 times a day for 3000kcal or should I better eat 5 times a day for 3000kcal?

I generally eat around 6 times a day but it's not because I believe there's a difference in frequency... just because it's easier for me to cut and not be so fatigued if I'm eating something every couple of hours, even if it's small. Plus, after cutting for so long if I eat a large meal it makes me feel sick.

depending on the day ill eat 2.5-4k in usually 1 or 2 meals.
You are not a fragile ornament ready to collapse into an exhausted mass of goo simply because you squatted more than once in a 7-day week.
It'd be like preparing your entire life to bang 100 chicks in a row, getting tan, hitting the gym, making sure your hair looks right and reading the Kama Sutra, only to realize when you get there that you're gay and cannot get hard in the presence of women.

3700 calories in 3-4 meals. I usually eat a large breakfast and dinner and only take a sandwich or something to get me through the day at school.

How long of a gap between meals does there have to be before it's considered a separate time? Like if I eat a meal and then something else 10 mins later, is that 2 times? Or do you group them altogether? Where do you draw the line? Also, if I start eating just before midnight but finish after midnight, does the meal count as half a meal for today an half a meal for tomorrow? Or 1 meal for each day? Or just count it all in the first day or the second day? And how do you allow for daylight savings? Cos your body doesn't know the time has changed. Sometimes I spend so much time trying to answer these questions that I don't have time to eat at all and I miss going to the gym.
