    how many times do you eat?

    Is it matter how many time do I eat? For example I eat 3 times a day for 3000kcal or should I better eat 5 times a day for 3000kcal?

    I eat 4250 cals/day so as many times as i takes to eat that depending on my work day and convienence.

    meal timing is irrelevent to body composition

    so eat whenever convienent

    I generally eat around 6 times a day but it's not because I believe there's a difference in frequency... just because it's easier for me to cut and not be so fatigued if I'm eating something every couple of hours, even if it's small. Plus, after cutting for so long if I eat a large meal it makes me feel sick.

    depending on the day ill eat 2.5-4k in usually 1 or 2 meals.
    You are not a fragile ornament ready to collapse into an exhausted mass of goo simply because you squatted more than once in a 7-day week.

    I dont really count calories. Id say at the moment id be 3500ish though. And i eat that over 5-6 meals usually.

    How long of a gap between meals does there have to be before it's considered a separate time? Like if I eat a meal and then something else 10 mins later, is that 2 times? Or do you group them altogether? Where do you draw the line? Also, if I start eating just before midnight but finish after midnight, does the meal count as half a meal for today an half a meal for tomorrow? Or 1 meal for each day? Or just count it all in the first day or the second day? And how do you allow for daylight savings? Cos your body doesn't know the time has changed. Sometimes I spend so much time trying to answer these questions that I don't have time to eat at all and I miss going to the gym.

Also, if I start eating just before midnight but finish after midnight, does the meal count as half a meal for today an half a meal for tomorrow? Or 1 meal for each day? Or just count it all in the first day or the second day? And how do you allow for daylight savings? Cos your body doesn't know the time has changed. Sometimes I spend so much time trying to answer these questions that I don't have time to eat at all and I miss going to the gym.
    Haha was about to start ripping into you then saw the poster name......such a troll oh and to actually answer the op, 2400cal over 1-2 meals depending on the day/how I feel.

    I eat roughly 2,200 cals a day. One big breakfast, one big lunch, one big dinner. I eat 2-3 additional servings of fruit and vegetables a day, not counting the one's I eat with my three square meals.

    i usually worry about yearly calories... i don't eat all year then on Dec. 31st I eat 1,551,250 cals unless its a leap year of course...should i be worried that the world is going to end on 12/21 and should i eat on 12/20 or will that harm my goals?
