Only has 1 post, but you can tell this guy has read, avoided over-complicating things, has a very solid plan. He has every question that every noob asks answered on his own. It's a long post, but he's got everything he needs to be successful. Noobs should emulate this guy. As long as he sticks to it, he'll do fantastic.

Dru, buddy, I took the time to read the whole post and it was excellent and I repped him for you.....
compare that to the one broken sentence open ended questions that other "noobs" put up here...I have ranted about this far too many times...
I always admire people who make a solid effort ON THEIR OWN PART FIRST, so that they can narrow down the questioning...Lift as MUCH as you can, for as MANY reps as you can,
while in complete control of the exercise.

Thanks, BLACK SUNDAY, that was a great video clip!!
and I agree with him wholeheartedly.....
how many times do we see someone put up a post, where they are 5'7" and 170 pounds and complain that they can't get their arms from 15 to 16 inches, and then, a guy who weighs 145 pounds and has 14 inch arms comes into the post and tells them to do this or that......
everything, unfortunately, even my overblown comments, on this site have to be take with a grain of salt.....
The best way to learn anything is by DOING, and then evaluating.....and seeing people , who are better than you, perform whatever it is you are trying to do, is a great source of learning....Lift as MUCH as you can, for as MANY reps as you can,
while in complete control of the exercise.
