You are setting up yourself for failure, disappointment and demotivation if you play the numbers game. This is too rigid a goal.
If you want to get rid of belly fat, use the fit of your pants around your waist as a gauge. Don't look for quick results.
Also, feel free to experiment with advice on working out, but your body is different from everyone else's. You have to learn what YOUR body needs. The art is listening to it.

Dude you are 20. The potential is there you are still growing.
At 20 I was same as you. I gained 10 to 20 lbs each decade to end up at 240 at 50. Your motobolism is high now you have height which creates long lines and muscle growth and progress seem slow.
You body is burning calories as fast as you eat them. Growth is directly related to hard work and muscle breakdown and nutrition needs To rebuild you have to find that point for your body and motobolism eat too much and the wrong foods you will get fat. Don't eat enough and you will not have energy I lift max and spark growth. I would concentrate on building strength the mass will follow shortly you most definitely have potential you have to experiment and find what your body needs are
