    Rate my macros!

    Stats. 77kg@ 5ft7 18%BF est.

Macro's for yesterday came in at 137g/166g/22g F/P/C.

Seems about right to me but should I lower the protein amount and up the fats? I worked out my TDE at 2440kcal so aiming for 2000-2050kcal.

Goals are to get down to 70kg without much muscle loss as I am wanting to join the RAF and I'm too heavy according to BMI...

Your macros are fine the way they are. As long as you had enough energy to get through the day, there's no reason to swap any of the protein for fat.
If it is important to you, you will find a way.
If it's not, you will find an excuse.

Thanks, felt absolutely fine yesterday even with a hard training session.
