    Squats hurt my hip pretty bad today and I've been sore since squatting Monday. Lifted with some friends for the first time in a few months, people are coming back home for winter break. Felt pretty good to see some people other than old men and high-school kids in the gym. Gonna try to squat Friday and see how it goes!

    So I think I'm still in love with my ex. We broke up 3 months ago after being together for 2 years. A lot of **** has happened between us in the past 3 months and I should hate her...but I just can't. No matter how hard I try, no matter how often I tell myself and those around me that I'm over her and just hate her...I can't. She meant and still means so much to me and she shouldn't. She played me for months after we broke up, leading me on while talking and messing around with other guys. She's told me I was worthless and never going anywhere with my life because I wasn't going to college at the moment (due to major head trauma and financial problems, she knew this). She told me I was no longer the person she was in love with and that I had become a complete douchebag (nobody else sees this; friends, family, people I just meant, old acquaintances). She sat there and dogged my friends for literally no reason at all. She called my friends and I psychotic for no reason at all. She's told her friends and many others lies about our relationship to put herself in a better light. I've seen her in person for maybe a combined hour and a half since we broke up, but seeing her makes me fall right back into love.

    At first she wanted to be friends with me, but I said I couldn't be friends with someone I was in love with. It wouldn't have been fair to me. Nowadays, it's switched. I want to be friends but now all of the sudden she says we were too close to have a friendship? I don't get it. I don't what to do anymore. She's convinced I hate her and don't even love her anymore. I think she comes home sometime this week...I want to just show up at her door and tell her the truth.

    TL;DR
    Still in love with ex girlfriend even though she has treated me like less than garbage since she broke up with me. She's convinced I hate her and no longer love her. I want to tell her the entire truth when she gets home. What do I do???????

    Really good session today. My regular lifting session went great, nothing too hard. My ex's mom was mean muggin me my entire workout, more on that later. Starting shooting around with some friends and tried to dunk. Couldn't dunk, but for the first time in my life I completely wrapped my hand around the rim of the hoop. This jazzed me up a little bit on top of the anger I was feeling toward satan's mother. The gym kept playing love songs and I was getting completely infuriated. I decided if one more love song played, I was going to be pissed off enough to try to pull 405. Lo and behold, on comes Never Say Never by the Fray. RAMPAGE. I storm over to the rack, start throwing plates on, drop the weight on the floor, strap up and rip it off the ground with ease. Wish I would have had my friends record this, because apparently the whole sight was priceless

    I know it's been a while since I've updated, but I've been pretty damn busy with returning to college and work. As it stands now, I'm not sure how long I'll be on Madcows due to winter workouts for the football team! I made it past the try-outs (which was pretty much only a combine) and if the walk-ons look good during the winter workouts we make the roster. So here's to hoping all the hard work I've been putting in in the gym and on the track pays off!

    The workout was pretty good, I destroyed my deadlifts. The only problem was my grip failed after only 2 reps of the 380 so I had to use straps for the last 3 (uni gym doesn't allow chalk). Went real quick, maybe only about an hour which is amazing considering how busy it was.

    BEARD STATUS:
    Good news, It now only takes me two weeks to grow what took me all November! Bad news, it's still red oh well, I'll rock the ginger beard anyway
