    lifting and angry at gym

the more weights I push, I notice I get more angry from exhaustion
this is more noticeable on leg day
I have some rests between sets.
outside of gym, I'm friendly and fairly approachable
I tried to shift my mind to think and focus on something else but it can only do that much
    How can I change that?
my T is within normal range and I'm not on PEDs

Feeling irritable during intense workouts is common, especially on leg day. Try stress-reducing techniques like deep breathing and visualization during rest periods. Diversify your routine with enjoyable activities and listen to your body's cues for breaks.

I have the opposite. I go in angry and about 15 (to 30) minutes in I'm all mellowed out. I go all in (which is relative given my age), no rest, everything is pull/push supersets and exhaustion is the norm. It's kinda like a "runners high". It's like therapy (and it's cheaper than a psychiatrist :-)

That said I do wish I actually had something helpful to say ...
