    Short on time?

    I've been working and studying an ungodly amount of hours for the last few months.

    But I'm progressing Just fine on such a minimalist routine.

    I train once every fifth day
    Everything is 2 set (except for squat which is single 20 rep set, 3 Deep breathe between each rep)

    1x6-10; 1x6-15

    Bench Press
    Barbell Row
    Seated Barbell OHP
    Weighted Chins
    SLDL
    Back Squat

    When I'll stall I'll Just drop an exercise in favour of a similar one: i.e. drop bench Press in favour of Dips.

    Sometimes the day After if I fancy i do some little direct arm and calf work at home with a pair of dumbells and bands.
