Yeah brah, seriously rustled my jimmies to see sloots complain about having to pay for anything. Big red flag and it shows that they possibly are only there to scrounge off you (Although the jakes on you if you spend even a dime on a women who you don't know much yet [ie first date]).
brb if a man refuses to pay it's being a cheapskate
brb is a woman refuses to pay she's right because she's exempt from paying because she's.......a female.

1. So maybe he did forget his wallet, why for just one time couldn't you pay for a "few" drinks
2. If you knew he didn't have his wallet why did continue to get so drunk that you couldn't drive home
3. After you thought it was so bad that he didn't have his wallet and bought him drinks all night did you decide to go home with him knowing you had no money to get home
4. After seeing his place you still said he was a lousy kisser, so I'm assuming you guys made out after the bar
5. Why were you opening his drawers to find a used condom? That isn't your house you just don't go through people's chit
6. Do you not have any friends that are good enough to pick you up at 2AM from a stranger's house?
7. Your "best-friend" just seems like she is texting back to text back. She is just agreeing with you because you are her friend. Doesn't seem like she genuinely cares how bad your date went.
8.You say you snuck out at 8am but you said he bought you breakfast. How does he buy breakfast if he lost his wallet and how do you sneak out if he was up to buy you breakfast.

Being a student of the greatest discipline on Earth which bases itself around logic, I just cannot any longer stay in this thread.
The absolute disregard of any logic whatsoever is making me insane [srs].
Would never speak to another human if all females were like the OP and most of the other women/White knights in this thread [srs]."It is not knowledge, but the act of learning, ... which grants the greatest enjoyment. I always expected to pay for my share of a first date. I would split the dinner bill and share the cost of drinks. I did not want them to pay for me and I did not want to have to foot the full bill either.

If I invite a date out to dinner (or whatever) I except to pay. If someone invites me out I generally assume they are willing to pay but I ALWAYS offer and go prepared to pay my share. I don't like first dates in which anyone pays for everything. I'm more comfortable paying for the date then I am allowing someone else to.
I'm also more comfortable driving and if there's a one stand to be had, it's gonna be at my place. LOL I like to be in control.

The joint/separate finances debate always fascinates me.
I'm a SAHM currently but our finances have always been joint and I've always handled all the money. It works for us.
But that's another thread.
In regards to who pays for what, I ALWAYS 'let' my husband pay because when I pay, he gets the NASTIEST looks from people and I hate it.DAYUM!!!
