Bull beat me to it
Gave it some thought and realized that I could eat two of my most favorite foods and still be comfortably within my means while dieting....found a bag of no hormone or antibiotic buffalo chicken wings for 6 bucks (only 1 carb per serving if you can believe that) and a low carb sauce to make beef and broccoli...mmmm . I love Asian food! I picked up some low carb noodles from the vegan area so going to be making lots of Asian stir fry. Does not feel like 'dieting' now lol. Oh yea, and even though I cheated, I added everything up and was way under calories...does not look like the cheat day is going to set me back (yes, I was paranoid about this).
Now to eat buffalo chicken wings for the remainder of the day

I think maybe some of it can be from the insane kick of seeing abs for the first time in my life and seeing my body in a totally diffrent view as im getting lower bf%, you will get there too.
Freaking awesome work on your weight loss so far, took me far longer my get rid of my weight, highly impressed

You would be surprised...America is home of sick, steroid chickens. Not kidding or exaggerating. It's disgusting the way most companies raise food...and cruel. There are many companies that remove the beaks from the chicken, leave them in severely overcrowded areas where many often die, and will eat their own feces and the carcasses of other chickens to attempt to 'clean' their area. Lots of documentaries about it. That's why our meat is so cheap, incredibly low standards. You have to specifically search for chickens fed a vegetarian diet, isn't that sad? Otherwise they are raised on solely grains and have lots of health complications in the process. That's why they have to be given antibiotics in the first place, because they are raised unnaturally and are sick all the time. They are given steroids so that the company can make more money off of one chicken. A steroid chicken is something like 3 times larger than a normal chicken.

Exactly...lol.
Oh, quick question...when you have something frozen (packaged that way) and its weight is given in grams on the nutritional listing, is that assuming that the food is thawed, cooked, or is it fine to assume the info is correct for when it is frozen too? I'm sure people have asked this several times and apologise if this is the case!
