When you do anything in military aviation, they want your mind to be 100% (might be same for navy stuff too idk). I had a friend who flew UAVs and he couldn't even consume alcohol 48 hours before a flight. It might not seem like a big deal to the average person, but in a professional environment where expensive equipment is involved, it becomes more relevant.

Yeah i completely understand where they're coming from. It's just.. i'd think they have more important matters to attend to. I guess, as you said, million dollar equipment does constitute as "important matters," though.

How big are your arms flexed? Mine look a lot bigger than they are in pictures for some reason.

14.5 ish flexed cold, 15 ish flexed with a bicep pump only, 15 ish flexed with a tricep pump only.

My arms really aren't that big.

I've tried working the ever-loving sh*t out of them. High reps. Low reps. Heavy. Light. I've tried essentially not isolating them in case I was over-training. I've tried everything in between.

Alas, not precisely the case. I have bulked up and dieted back down a few times now. Arms always seem to end up where I started in the arms dept.

chit is good and gots some protonz fer dem gainz. If you don't go to costco, I know there are other flat breads called 'Flat Outs'. They are very similar to what I posted and available at regular grocery stores.
