i just made some with 4 scoops of american whey protein (chocolate), 1 1/2 cups of almond milk(can use regular also), 1 cup of oats, and a tbsp of olive oil, and a little bit of hazulnut coffee milk stuff. it made 2 BIG servings. let it freeze for a couple hrs and it was a great bedtime snack.
