i just made some with 4 scoops of american whey protein (chocolate), 1 1/2 cups of almond milk(can use regular also), 1 cup of oats, and a tbsp of olive oil, and a little bit of hazulnut coffee milk stuff. it made 2 BIG servings. let it freeze for a couple hrs and it was a great bedtime snack.

frose it and stirred every like 30-45 mins. i dont know how this would be with other proteins but i know that american whey is really sweet and probably the best tasting whey ive ever had

yea american whey is the product....the company is american something. cant remember the second part. but it taste like chocolate pudding. amazing

i use the same recipe except instead of the hazlenut coffee cream i put in some sugar free davinci syrup and top it with a little walden farms choclate syrup...i've tried it with strawberry and mint choclate chip protein powder, Mint Choclate chip is the best by far!
