    Creatine

    Hi,

    I'm not working out today and I'm on my loading phase for Creatine. I'm currently on the second day and I'm loading up for 5 days, 20 grams per day. I can't take Creatine for other reasons past 6 and I won't be able to take Creatine ATM. Is it okay if I just took 15 grams instead of 20 grams of Creatine for the day?

    Some people dont preload at all. So it;s ok to take 15g/day first week

    if you choose to skip preload phase, take 3-5g/day anytime, doesn't really matter when

    I'd skip the loading phase. All loading does is get the creatine to saturate your muscle faster. It will still saturate them if you don't load, it'll just take a bit longer. I take about 5g a day.

    Never load, just take 5 grams max a day long term, cycling off not needed. You dont even need to take creatine daily to stay fully saturated. Take in single dose any time of day.

    no need for a loading phase, just stay regular with your intake. recommended doses are ~5g

    dont skip a day and stay well hydrated
