My coach/bestie and I did some candid shots during our back/shoulders workout last week. With me being the photographer, most of the images are of her... which is fine because I honestly prefer to be behind the camera. We were mainly doing this for both of our blogs but I thought I'd share them here too... just for fun! She is a total badass. I'm just a badass-in-training. We are also both bulking right now as well... and as you can see... I've got a bit of a head start. :P

Last I did lat pulls I was right around my body weight but I was still pulling the bar down and wedging my legs really good under the roll thingy so I wouldn't come up off the seat!

You know, I don't do lat pulls often and here lately I've been doing pull-ups or rack chins first and then rows. Pull-ups wear me out! Since I've started bulking and put on 15lbs they seem to be a lot more challenging!! LOL[/QUOTE]
