My coach/bestie and I did some candid shots during our back/shoulders workout last week. With me being the photographer, most of the images are of her... which is fine because I honestly prefer to be behind the camera. We were mainly doing this for both of our blogs but I thought I'd share them here too... just for fun!She is a total badass. I'm just a badass-in-training. We are also both bulking right now as well... and as you can see... I've got a bit of a head start. :P

Impressive you can row 2x45s/side. Almost there myself, but not quite. You ever have issues when the weight weighs for than you on machines? BRB trying to rep out 180 on lat pull down, BRB trying to leverage the weight into position so I can start.Originally Posted by stephanielynn76
