    Training For Basketball

Hey Bros need ur help i just turned 16 about 2 weeks ago and i'm wanna start working out in November
    I'm 175cm (5'9') and 90kg (198.416lbs)
It's a really sad case for me... I'm chinese and i play center on my house team... and by
'house' i mean i am not even in the school team.. but here in Malaysia 175+ already can be a center lol
at age 13 i got SVT and i just got my surgery last year around november when i was 15
Doctor said that i am good to go lol
so last year's house game i lost while having SVT but
and this year i healed my teammates just gave up on me this year 2 although we got 3rd place i
wasn't happy... And man when i'm on the court, even though i walked 2 steps and no people
was guarding me and i am just that nervous there was a time i wasn't because i trained but now.. i
need to regain that confidence and i need your help dudes
So next year will be the my last year at high school so i wanna become a PG and not a center anymore
because my team just doesn't need a center anymore plus even though i am not in the school team i can be
ranked in the top 10 in my school cause my school just sucks...
But i look up to AI and i wanna be like him so i need your help guys i as good as him cause even if i got like 50%
of his skill i can already win everybody in my school.

as u all can c my i am slightly overweight lol.... 90kg 175cm.. so i have a lot of fats
so can u guys checkout my workout? i wanna dunk before i graduate too
i got a 30cm (11') which is very low so i think i may have the potential if i trained

I go to the gym and do some light stretching
    then i do this

Back: One Arm Dumbbell Rows (10 reps)
Chest: Chest Press Machine (10 reps) i do this while putting the back a little like 45degrees using the machine
Shoulders: Standing Dumbbell Press (10 reps)
    Biceps: Dumbbell Curls (10 reps)
    Triceps: Triceps Extensions (20 reps)
    Traps: Shrugs (20 reps)
    cr:Mike Chang
    4 rounds
I use about 7kg so i will add more
i wanna ask if should i keep doing one exercise and rest then repeat or keep switching pls tell me

After that i will do 25reps of 4 set sit-ups using a machine which i dont know the name

Then Lat Pull Downs 20lbs 50reps of 2 sets maybe i don't know please suggest for me

And Then after looking at the Jump Manual
    7kg dumbbells
25repsx4sets weightened squats i put the dumbbells at the side of my body
    25repsx4sets weightened lunges

then i do a 10min sprint using the treadmill at speed 10

then after going back and using my stairs i do 30repsx4sets of calf raises
at the last set i will go to failure
btw i have little equipment here at my neighbourhood gym which is free for the residences

this if for monday-sunday but idk why i dont feel too exhausted after all this but only when doing it
    it hurts lol
i think i should do the pylos on some days but i think its just some little exercise i can do so i
would go with the same routine so i won't do pylo is this workout good?
i think if i train at this rate next year's will be a breeze but i wanna be a PG so i will still train 2
plus i'm 175cm lol without hops and fat so please dudes help me. If i still wanna ply bball then i
train with all my heart and give all my heart like AI on the court.

Wonder if i can still grow and be as tall as AI though he is a Big Small Warrior if i trained like this.

thx bro i will start to learn how to develop aerobic fitness and anaerobic fitness
