Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Well final weigh in for this is 204.2 lbs didn't quite hit my goal for this but I took a much needed mental break during the holidays and had several things go one moving job change etc so overall I am pleased with the just over 15 lbs loss considering everything. See you in the next once 112.8 lbs down so far.
Rebooted 2/24/2015: 286 lbs
Started at 317 lbs in Feb 2012 Ended 172.2 in October 2013.

fell completely off the wagon around holidays time and never recovered during january. I am most likely back exactly where I started on Nov 1st.
hopefully I can muster myself back into heading in the right direction again.March 1st - August 31st cut:
