Hey Guys, this is my first post on this forum and I was just wondering, I drink ON 100% Whey Protein Tropical Punch with water. Is water good with other flavors? Also, What are your favorite flavors and do you take it with water or milk? Feel free to please explain why.

Extreme Milk chocolate and Chocolate Mint are really good with milk. Hands down the best protein I've ever tasted.

Not a fan of ON whey. Useless for fluffs, doesn't give sludges good consistency, and is typically weak in the flavor department.

I've tried a few and I always like mixing it up. Mocha Cappuccino was probably my fav or Vanilla Ice Cream just purely when I start to get bored of it I just add Coffee and its like something new. Cookies and Cream was the most sickening for me.

Extreme milk chocolate in unsweetened almond milk for that texture = delicious
Exercise to stimulate, not to annihilate. The world wasn't formed in a day, and neither were we. Set small goals and build upon them.

Have used both Extreme Milk Chocolate and Double Rich Chocolate with milk and water and both are two fo the best tasting proteins I have had. Don't know if you drank Ovaltine Chocolate milke as a kid but the Extreme Milk Chocolate in milke gives it a run for the money!

I'd say the tropical flavors would go better with water and the vanilla/chocolate flavored protein would be better paired with milk. I use double rich chocolate w/milk and a little bit of ice cream.
