I am in a cutting phase and would like to hear different opinions on what is the best protein that will aid in weight loss and lean muscle mass, I have looked into Syntha-6 Isolate, it sounds very convincing, but i need one that will help with weight loss.

Any protein with low calories, carbs will do to help with weight loss. ON 100% whey Double Chocolate only has 120 cal per scoop, 4g of carbs if I remember correctly. Plus it tastes really good.

True. Also, check out the reviews section of the forums. You can get an idea on taste, from the review. While everyone's taste buds are different, you'll get a solid idea of which brands have flavors you might enjoy. Check out Controlled Labs Pronom23, Trutein, and Protean.

There's a lot more to weight loss than just your protein choice obviously, but as mentioned above, a low-carb/low-fat protein can be helpful. An isolate like Isoflex will give you a lot of protein with minimal carbohydrates and fat, and the flavor can help reduce cravings for sweets.

Protein doesn't help with weight loss. You need to decrease your calories intake to lose weight.

It's all about calories in vs calories out. The type of protein won't really help if your eating above maintenance. I've had Champion, Optimum, Gaspari, Universal, and Top Secret Nutrition just to name a few and they all tasted great.

any quality whey protein will be fine. if your lactose intolerant then go with an isolate. try to get something with low carbs and low fat. i like top secret's protein..chocolate icecream is my chit

Please stop. As I mentioned in the other post you said this it is far from best. It used to be the "gold standard," but not even close anymore from a flavor and mixability stand point.
