Skipped Monday's because I wasn't feeling well.

220 x 1 - fail on my part. put a 10lb plate that looked like a 5 on the left side. angus was not peppered.

Read through most of the thread. Strong progress man, your lifts are blowing up at an alarming rate. Gotta admit im kinda jelly but at the same time its very motivating. Mirin OHP 135 already!?!? Im sure the calisthenics helped but you are still strong as fuk for the amount of time you've been lifting. I'll be checking in from time to time. Also im pretty sure you could probably get 225 for at least one if not more. Doesn't hurt to try.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.
