how do you video in the gym? looks like you just put the phona against something on the ground? thing is about my gym the fukkin squat racks are very crammed so you cant put a phone on the ground or all youll see is the top of my body going in and out of the screen lol.

aye I am surely. keep having doubts, but I am definitely bulking for another few months at least. Maybe more. Getting big PRs like that feels so good and reinforces my belief in the need to bulk

Thanks, you never know. It's anyone's squat lol. I see myself stalling out at 130/132 with 3x5 and really don't want to reset 10% in accordance with Js program before I hit 3PPS.

This way I progress only once a week and will have the 3PPS x5 just before Christmas (21st IIRC)

Wednesday: 2x5 with 90% of Monday's 5x5 sets.

Friday: 1x5 aiming to set a new PR, then the following Monday's 5x5 will be 90% of that.
