sick 3 plate squat! great depth on the squat too. u definitely had more reps in u.
your rows are pretty heavy too man.

how do you video in the gym? looks like you just put the phona against something on the ground? thing is about my gym the fukkin squat racks are very crammed so you cant put a phone on the ground or all youll see is the top of my body going in and out of the screen lol.
ill prolly have to get a friend to tape it

aye I am surely. keep having doubts, but I am definitely bulking for another few months at least. Maybe more. Getting big PRs like that feels so good and reinforces my belief in the need to bulk

*Was not good for squatting today. Hit a PR and I'm planning to start TM on Monday with volume day using 90% 5RM. Hatrz gon hate
*Recorded my first set of rows. Aside from the horrible deadlift at the start (was not aware it was that bad and fixed this for the other 4 sets) how did they look?

Thanks, you never know. It's anyone's squat lol. I see myself stalling out at 130/132 with 3x5 and really don't want to reset 10% in accordance with Js program before I hit 3PPS.
