First, I would like to thank Controlled labs for all the their support over the years and for this awesome opportunity of reviewing PROnom 23. I am usually not a big shake person, but I have been adding PROnom 23 into my morning and post workout meals for the last few days. I was able to try out both flavors a few times and here are my thoughts on the two flavors mixed with water.

Vanilla Cupcake Batter:

Mixability: 9/10- Holds strong to the "no clump" in the description, which is hard for a blended protein powder. It has a slightly thicer consistancy that I really like with my shakes.
Taste: 10/10 -Vanilla is my go to flavor for shakes, but many other companies just don't taste right. This one was nailed by Controlled labs! More of a creamy flavor and the vanilla is not too strong. This one is probably my favorite of the two flavors.

Chocolate Cupcake Batter:

Mixability: 9/10- Pretty much the same as above with the vanilla, maybe a little thicker..but I use a blender bottle, so I don't really notice any difference
Taste: 9/10 - Chocolate is usually my least favorite flavor of protein shakes, but this one is slightly different. It really does taste like cupcake batter and I have a few plans for using this in the future with some sludge and protein cakes.

Summery
Overall I am VERY impressed at Controlled Labs PROnom23 and highly recommend trying it out! Defiantly going to keep in in my supplement routine for a while and I am pretty excited to try a few recipes with it as well! Thanks again Controlled Labs!!
