My Plan B is to 3nforc3 Plan A

I've been wanting to create a journal for a long time. Somewhere I can store my thoughts, my worries, track and log my progress.

    My goals are ultimately:
    -Gain explosive power
    -Become fast
    -Increase endurance
-Drop bodyfat (initially, need to drop around 60lbs)
    -Gain more muscle
    -Start MMA/Boxing
-Make representative rugby, one day hopefully professional (this is my dream)

I will be following this program:
Nutrition- Protein 1g-2g x Lean body mass, Carbs and fats around 100-200g daily. I am following the Intermittent fasting/Leangains system.
Workout- Pilates 3x Week (dat dere flexibility), Sprints 2x week, 1hour walking 4-5 times a week, 4 gym sessions a week comprised of power lifts and compounds. Maybe some bagwork and then adjust this once I start MMA/Boxing.

I will post up my routines for my workouts and my diet plan tomorrow once I have sorted them all out. Progress pics will be posted along the way and I will keep everybody up to date on how I go.

    A little about me:
I used to be a pretty good rugby player, I took a year off after a long season and university and now it's been two years, I drank a lot of alcohol and smoked and basically gained weight and lost my motivation due to depression. Dat dere women and family problems. I still have my strength, maybe lost a little. I am ready to change my life. I'm ready to take control of everything. I quit smoking (only smoked on occasion) last week along with drinking (used to drink excessively once a week).
    -6'3, 300lbs, 22 years old.

I'd appreciate any advice or support. It's going to be extremely hard, the hardest thing i've ever done. It's going to be very lonely as well, i've left most of my bad habits/bad ties behind me. I did what was needed to start my life. Fuark, this is gonna be epic.

    Motivation:

OK so this is what I have in Fitday:
    Spinach- 2cups
    Almond Milk-2 Cups
    Blueberries- 1 cup
    Eggs- 5 whole
    Chicken-400g
    Peanut Butter- 1 tbsp
    Myofusion- 2 shakes
    Tuna- 200g

This is daily and my macros I hit were 2,508 cals- 266g protein, 124 fat, 73g carbs.

I'm going to cut out the almond milk and blueberries and reduce the whole eggs to 2 and the rest eggwhites so I keep my carbs under 30g(keto) and keep my fat a little lower.

    Any advice?
