    Do these numbers look right?

    I found this spreadsheet on the internet one time. I am trying to cut now, and wanted to see if you agree with the numbers. Using the tanta scale It says 31% bodyfat. The sheet and the calipers say between 20-24%. So which one would you think is more accurate? Also, what do you think of this spreadsheet? I would like to know if the numbers are accurate? I like the fact how simple it breaks the carb/protein/fat down.
