Advice on COMMITTING to a 90-day no fap:
Take a piece of paper (or a chalkboard, whiteboard, bulletin board), and write 1/90 on it. Now everyday when you wake up, cross out the 1 and write 2/90. Keep doing this until you have hit 90/90.
