Imagining porn scenarios is basically the same as watching porn. It still gives us the "dopamine fix". Now imagining real women would be better, but it's still bad because of all the porn we have watched (certain porn scenarios will creep into our minds)...and its just better to avoid all imaginary stimuli.

If you want to successfully reboot in a shorter period of time then definitely no. It will set you back by somewhat 1/3 of your reboot and it could end up with a binge so you do it not only once and end up killing your whole rewiring progress.
