I got a legit DGAF attitude after day 40 or so. When that lasts for several months together, it really changes you, becomes ingrained.
Where before I'd have trouble with sustained eye contact with strangers including 9/10s (for like > 2 seconds) now I just feel no difficulty maintaining eye contact until they look away... if they even do. Also it feels like nothing to smile at people and greet them out of the blue. It's a learned thing definitely, but nofap gets you there if that sort of interaction feels unnatural.
Also had better erections after the flatline. I find even if I fap intermittently they are like 80% strong vs basically 100%
Nofap did not help skin clarity or sleep for me though.
You get nocturnal erections basically every night excluding "flatlines." It'll be fine.
