Ok guys ive got a question for you. Does muscle lost from a cut come back as fast as muscle memory or you you have to re-gain it as new muscle (So more slowly?). Thanks, will rep.

Muscle lost from a cut come back as muscle memory? (Measly reps)

You should regain it fairly quickly. A lot of what people see as "muscle loss" is just a lack of fullness in the muscles due to glycogen depletion, lower levels of hydration, less intramuscular fat, etc.
Most minor strength loss is a result of lower amount of energy available to your body due to a decreased calorie intake. There is no spoon.

Obviously there is a lot of variables, but what deadpool said is correct.
Unless you're either cutting to a very low BF%, cutting with an extreme deficit or you're not training, I would not worry about losing muscle. My opinion, in most cases, the idea of losing muscle is highly over thought about."Whoa, peanut-butter does look a lot like Cum." - Alan Aragon
