You must SERIOUSLY have underestimated your max BP because no program on this planet can really up somebody's bench 60 pounds. Even with roids.
It's simply not possible.
It's gonna be one of those:
Bench once every 5 days, up the weight 10% each time out, using 3 sets of 8 reps BS programs.

Recent discovery: guys with high metabolisms - like me - who've eaten like pigs all their lives and never gained a pound, should not be afraid of carbohydrates or unsaturated fats when combined with a sound weight lifting program.
After plateauing several months in mass gains on a 42/42/16 protein/carb/fat diet, switching to 50/30/20 with a small increase in colories produced a gain of three pounds in one week with littel or no increase in bodyfat.
Carbs must be primarily slow carbs. Fats must be unsaturated.

For me, Mike Mentzer's training AND dieting theories are the most intellegent and helpful.
Also, NOT overeating!!!!!
Am I the only lifter here that is big already and only gets fat with extra calories? I've actually gained on diets. So, for me, it's taking a good protein supplement, having moderate carbs, lots of water, High Intensity Training (4-6 reps at times) with a spotter, including negatives and forced reps.
Lots of good posts though bros....very helpful!

?
60 lbs in 3 weeks... impossible if you have ever lifted before.. I might be able to understand if they are new to the field of body-building or decided to add $4000 worth of juice to their daily diet. Will I buy the program? nope... Unbelievable some of the things I hear these days.

Where to start from
there are many favs but i'll stick to shock therapist yes therapist not therapy
being able to do bb in the evening was hard without NO product specially for
a stressed out life like mine so i started trying different types of NO but
these types tend to make awake after the w/o for a few hours but after
tryin shock i was pleased with being able to sleep after 2-3 hours after my
sessions.
.................................................. .................................................. ..
real gains did alot to me because i cant take more than a 5 min break which is
not enough to eat anything unless i have a coffee grinder like mouth
but i dont http://www.forum.bodybuilding.com/images/icons/icon9.gif

one of the most beneficial things I did is journal my workouts...i never used to keep track of my reps, sets, and weight on paper..just in my head..and I noticed that alof of ppl in my gym do this too..they just come in and workout based on feel or what they remember doing...by journaling..you can really track your progress and push yourself..if you know u benched 225 6 times last week..you can try to do 5 reps of 227.5 or something..so you're always progressing and dont get stuck at a standstill
