Immaterial. People aren't starving because they're poor or because there's a lack of food. There's a huge surplus of food in the world, and even in Africa. People are starving because someone in power wants them to starve. They control the food distribution through armies, militias, strongmen, or whatever and don't allow the food to get to the people they want to starve.

so what do you suggest? we should throw money at the problem? Thats what the US has been doing for years and it is actually the reason why we are declining as a country. Or maybe you think everyone should have the same amount of money, similar to a communism society perhaps. But if everyone had the same amount then it would actually all be worthless.
money isnt a game. u think this is a game?? what do you mean by money doesn't exist wtf
in fuedalism .1% had 99% of the money and everyone was starving and living in poor conditions. as long as people are getting their basic needs met (food, shelter, water) it doesn't really make too much of a difference how much money you have. most of the people who are complaining about the 1% seem to be middle-class citizens who are extremely rich compared to the rest of the world's population

Aren't the Rothschilds worth trillions of dollars? I thought being a billionaire was too much, but it's a fukking TRILLION. I would help people out with that kind of money, but apparently now the Rothschilds are environmental activists and they will start something to make the world a better place but probably because they know people are on their ass.
David De Rothschild says he isn't human or reptillian, he's probably just trolling

That's bullsh!t since the game has been locked down tight since before many generations of people were born. Some black dude living in a Philadelphia ghetto has no chance in hell of getting in and none of his relatives have either since the beginning of time. That's not a GAME it's organized crime.
Also, who would want to play a game that creates poverty and misery? Only a beta ******* dreams about being their own oppressor, so wake up.
Good people who want to live in a great world wouldn't play that game even if they could.

There's nothing wrong with it.... if you're that 1%.
The problem is that every stupid kunt thinks they're going to be... thinks that it's actually possible for them to work hard and get into that part of society using 1920's values... so they vote down basic things like socialist healthcare because they think that the elevator only goes up.
Apparently none of these stupid kunts has ever been made redundant and had a kid diagnosed with cancer...**#3 always delivers crew**

The idea that all the wealthiest individuals "earned" their money is false. Sure individuals like Bill Gates provided something that people wanted, and so he earned his money from this. However, a lot of wealth is generated through things that dont have any social utility and aren't the result of any real work (i.e. derivatives)

I agree with this, but a lot of it is the people's fault for consistently voting in politicians that come from the same breed/are funded by the same people. We shouldn't just penalize anyone who has worked hard to earn a substantial amount of money just because they are wealthier than most people.

no, no and no, financial sector has such substantial power that the structure that is favorable to them will not change to be less favorable to them making money.
Banks/financial services section make substantial campaign contributions, make contributions to schools, and hence those politicians and schools have an incentive to support whatever the financial services support. If you were against deregulation for example no major university would publish you in a scholarly piece a few years ago.

This. All of this.
People get so caught up with the idea of "money", that they forget that the goal of life is simply to live comfortably and have the ability to pursue your passions. If only more people would realize that, our problems would be solved.
I don't have a problem with people earning money, good for you. But if you look at the extremely wealthy, 99% of the time they are simply stockpiling money that themselves and their family don't actually need in order to live fulfilling lives. No one NEEDS a billion dollars in personal income, I don't care who you are. At that point you are just collecting "zeros" on a computer screen for the fun of it. Meanwhile, there are great people out there with potential who live miserable existences and die all because they don't have access to those "zeros".. I'm not supporting any particular solution here. I just think we all need to recognize that as humans, the current system we have on this planet is pretty stupid.Meditation is the sh*t (srs) (no hippy) (strong informative thread):

because these jews, racial jews, that do have the money use this money to advance there agenda or world enslavement. check out communism. it was created by a jew. that is a less severe apex-goal of what they want there world to be.
jews are parasites, naturally. that is there means of existence. they do not do productive work.

In psychology there's a way to manipulate people, usually retarded people or children, called a Token Economy.
That's where you use something like shiny stickers, make them seem awesome, and give them, take them away, or withhold them, to manipulate the person. In psych this is done to stop annoying behaviors and whatnot, but in the world it's WHAT MONEY IS.
Money = Shiny Stickers.
For the right number of stickers, really their numerical representation on a computer screen, millions, if not billions, would f@ck their own mother.
Probably the average person reading this would f@ck their mom on video for ten billion dollars/stickers.
Meanwhile, that amount is meaningless to people who control money.

I know it's their choice, that's why I said I don't have a problem with people being rich. I just have a problem with the SYSTEM as a whole. It's not a good system. The way in which we as people relate to money, financial currency, it is not optimal.
How come no one ever takes a step back and says "Wait a second.. why are we even living like this?" There are more than enough resources to go around, yet people are still starving. Humans as a species should be better than that, clearly we haven't fully progressed. Greed and politics are what is keeping us in the dark ages.
I feel like people are too caught up in the whole liberal vs conservatives, democrat vs republican, political bullsh*t that no one ever sees it this way. Everyone wants to take sides and immediately gets defensive.Meditation is the sh*t (srs) (no hippy) (strong informative thread):

Let me clear a few things up: I quoted two things from you and my reply was for the second quote, I edited my post and wrote a separate response for your first quote.
As far as what you said above: the example you said is true, BUT thats not what I said or meant. I said that any person can freely move up and down the social ladder and you know thats true. If you start lower on the ladder will it be harder to move up? Yes but it is not impossible. Not everyone is cut out to be an actor, but if you find what your good at you can succeed at your passions. Hard work will separate you from the rest of the pack and put you ahead, a lot of people fail to grasp this concept.
