    Whole wheat flour and whey?

Ok im going to make this short. I make my own meal bars for class on certain days. they consist of Oats, whey, and a fat source if needed (safflower oil or natty pb usually) tho it to microwave till center sets. my question is what if i use whole wheat flour instead of oats cuz i do blend the oats. do you think it would work out the same? im asking cuz i dont have whole wheat flour laying around and i dont want to buy a thing of it just to try it once and have it fail and no longer have a need for it. also dont want to waste the protein serving. So what are your thoughts? anyone tired this?

Better google up some recipes and check, OP. This is the NMisc, we don't cook here, or lift weights. Serious. You could put that in the microwave and have a nuclear weapon or the secret elixir of eternal life come out for all I know about cooking.

Its only for a couple days out of the week. I lift right after that class and its at a funny time where i typically need some food because one breakfast has been burned up and two i need something before the gym that if satisfy me and my macros with out filling me too much so i not either a zombie or walking around feeling bloated in the gym

Never tried it, but I have seen several recipes for protein bars made with whole wheat four. (A simple search will bring a lot of them up.) However, the recipes are for bars cooked in the oven, so not sure how they'll respond in the microwave. Not sure if this is of much help; just pointing out the wildcard is the microwave, not the wheat flour.

All right boys, now watch how this is done. The key is to put it all in your groin and your back.
