Craziest thing you have ever seen?!

Idk if this is the craziest thing i have seen but i definatly caught me off guard.

Finished my Morning lifting session. Walking over a bridge to my job were i also shower. Saw a bunch of people jogging. NBD. then all at once they partner up and start wheel barrowing.... wut? Was so caught off guard.

On another note.. was cutting for a year. on My bulk (8 weeks in) calcd my TDEE at 3700 so i have been eating at that and been gaining a 1lb/week. I am happy with this result. But could the fact im gaining at Maintenance be b/c my metabolism is shot? Curious how long it takes to back to normal. Then again there a billion other varibles in there... idc as long as im hitting my goals...just curious other people expierences with long cuts on their metabolism

I find that those TDEE calculations are usually too high. For some people, they are too low. It all depends on the individual and their genetics.
If you are gaining 1lb per week pretty consistantly, your TDEE is most likely 3200. After a long cut, yes your metabolism will likely decrease. Just monitor your weight and adjust when YOU need it. For me, I typically only have to bump or decrease calories every 10lbs gained/lost.

and when i say a bunch of people i shoulda said more like around 15 pairs of people...so it was like a stampede of people wheelbarrowing

Thanks, i have gained 8 pounds and now my weight is being a little weird the past 2 weeks... going up then dropping and never really settling.. ill wait another week before upping my cals...after i get some more averages of my weight

Depends on what type of wheelbarrowing it was. One wouldn't be that crazy to see 15 people doing it outside in public, while the other would be pretty crazy.

I watched a single engine prop plane crash and kill the two people in it, missed a safer crash landing by about 10 feet. I think that was the craziest thing.

At a video games live concert,
I saw a Fat guy(330+easy) unable to hope to the stage(called on by Tommy T.) so he pulled an Indy.

He Attempted Climb on a speaker, unable to he snagged unto a curtain which caused all of the overhead lights to sway uncontrollable like death overwatching concert band and then I forgot what happened.

I had a video of it but I deleted it by accident.

i got stabbed when i was 16. that was pretty wild.

a few weeks ago i saw a car (honda accord, probably late 90s) rolling down a main road with nobody in it. that was unique.
