Doing good. Having a drink. Just got fitted for a new cpap headstrap. Got my meds refilled this morning. The doctor was encouraged by my report. Got my daughter some bumblebee catfish (south american not asian), which are quiet, nocturnal, reclusive....like some people I know tbh lol. So I never see much of them cause they like to hide in the decorations and plants in the tank.

Good to hear, Deathstroke.
Classes went well despite me getting essentially no sleep.
You guys find that changing your appearance, whether it be fitness-wise or otherwise helps you out?
I've been considering buzzing my head and shaving my beard off but I like the "Al Borland" look.Motorcycle riders: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=2981441

Definately does help me feel more confident. I like to be well dressed. I'm actually rather vain in I care what people think about my appearance and am very particular about that.

Yeah, I gotta get some new clothes and a haircut. No one wants to see me in my pit-stained, holes everywhere poverty clothes.
Hope it goes well. You gotta PM me with the classes you're taking or something. We'll talk school all day!Motorcycle riders: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=2981441

Have seen you post ITT before. How've you been?
I don't know so much about meds but I don't wanna leave you hanging either. It seems like a commonly accepted anti-depressant and anti-smoking drug. Just looked up the list of side effects:

they're all boring ed classes this semester baby.
lets see: ed psy, human dev, music for elem ed and children's lit.
last semester I had bio and college algebra and history. I thought I was gonna bomb algebra for sure
but I passed it by the skin of my teeth
I was a better student when I was younger than I am now..of course I am now an expert at juggling a whole lot more going on in my life.

Sounds exciting enough to me. I have Social Psychology, Principles of Macroeconomics, Contemporary Mathematics, Gender Studies, Philosophy of Gender, and I am taking a 1 credit hour personal development class. I dislike math but I have become a better student in the past semester.

The math one is a requirement. Statistics was terrible for me lol. I had to drop it and take a lower level math. Will probably take it again because it is useful. The rest of my classes were electives/ things I was interested in/ thought would be practical to take.

hmmm this is what I told my son and my nephews to do in their first couple years at college..
I tell them most students change their major at least two or three times anyhow before they sign it
while taking the gen ed requirements take something you would not normally take
or something you have always been curious about or were interested in like..oh I dont know maybe a photography class
at no other time in your life will you be allowed this luxury of just exploring topics of interest
you might stumble onto something that lights a fire in your belly
and it then becomes what you want to do

Agreed. I found the major for me though. Now it'll just be specializing it and tailoring it how I see fit.

Yeah when you worry about finances, the stress cannot be good for those depressed. I know that at least. Try to work out a good budget, eliminate crap you do not need and get the bills paid down. Just try to relax and work out a game plan that is feasible and executable.
Feeling ok myself this morning. Slept like crap though. Cold here as it is everywhere else. Just trying to get to next week where there should be some warmth.rumpler of stiltskins
