Yeah I was very surprised by this!! I expected a 60 because the two other guys I was doing the oral presentation with kept reading their paper and they were unprepared.
He just rustled my jimmies the whole day until he insulted me and I snapped. No big deal. He just texted me and we both apologized. I should be more careful next time because I don't have many friends, especially good ones like him.

you get that house all cleaned up?
I had this old woman bump right into me..I dont mean a graze either
her shoulder hit me right on..she did not even bat an eye
no excuse me..nothing..
people pushing carts right down the middle of the row
whatever happened to picking a side?
whole families just standing in the middle
so no one can get around them
ya cant just stand there politely and clear your throat either
because they are oblivious

Feeling kinda down. I think it is just boredom and doing the same things day in and day out. Can't wait until school starts on Tuesday so I can gtfo the house and put my mind to work at something.

I understand what you're going through but I can't wait for this semester to end, lol. I spend my days inside studying, stressing, and I can't even go to the gym because my hand is fractured.
Does anyone else here live in the North? I ****ing hate winter. No sunlight, cold temperatures and it starts getting dark after 4 PM. The lack of sunlight doesn't help with depression.

this. except i have nowhere to go or reason to leave so i just repeat the first part.
mental health place is abit frustrating. they gave me meds and have gone in the wind. i tried to contact them but didn't have luck. these meds arnt even worth much for me. just better to be on them than not they said.
cause as they told me they don't think its a chemical imbalance its how my brain developed when you abuse someone from such a early age. thus resulting in kind of a psycopath of sorts. so i was keen to try other methods like behavioral therapy. prob hear something soon. maybe
still looking for a place also that is affordable i Haven't had much luck with that either.
can only imagine what freedom is like. to come and go as you please and experience things.
everyone hanging in there.

Yeah school can be stressful for sure, especially when it comes to crunch time around a big test or project. I like the activity though- it keeps my mind off of things.
Hey dude, haven't seen you post in here for a while. Was ready to PM you a few days back cause I was worried but saw you posting in the Spring Cutters thread.
Man, that stinks. You go to the gym though, right? Maybe for cardio change it up by walking or running outside, or go for a hike. Having a hobby, even if it is indoors, would probably help. I hope the situation with the meds gets worked out mate.
Hang in there man. Think of all the bills you could pay off and the long term stress that could be alleviated with this short term stress. Right?
Had a good night last night, finally got out of the house and hung out with some friends.Motorcycle riders: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=2981441

Haven't posted ITT in a few weeks because my mood has been absolutely fantastic. But, that is not to say that I'm not here to support you all. Will try to post/encourage more, plus I just like the people who post in here

lbm, I ate quite bit yesterday but did not over do it. I was at 226 this morning (no change) but will fast today and see where I end up tonight.
The good thing is that my girl is having the kids eat healthier snacks like fruits and baked chips. The one good thing is that there is no soda in the house, they do drink Gatorade though which I found odd.
Did go for a ride, felt great, I miss it so much and it really makes me smile. Windy but not too cold at least.
We are getting a cold front in tonight that will last for a week or so. Could suck but at least we have about one more month to go now.
Hope all is well with you guys too.rumpler of stiltskins

Dark Lord I dont know how you do that fasting stuff..I would get sick and weak
I usually just try to stick to high protein and veggies and a little bit of carbs and fats
but I do still have a cheat meal on the weekend with the kids
I am glad you got to go for your ride and sounds like you had a good weekend!

my brother eats once a day...it is just what he has always done since he was a teenager and he is now ya know really old (45)
He drinks a lot of liquids during the day but only eats dinner..I would probably faint if I tried it
first thing I had to do when I cleaned up my eating habits was to also clean up my son's..out went the doritios and the sugar pop, cookies...
ooo I still let him have those once in awhile otherwise where is the fun of being a kid
just not all the time
