I'm staying out of the general female bodybuilding section for a while. I randomly ran across a "critique my diet/workout plan" thread, so I offered some pretty lengthy (good I thought) advice. One of the mods apparently deleted it. Cool

At first when I read your post I was like wtf is she talking about? Then I started looking it up and it all sounds right. I definitely need to get a massage in, but my RMT went on maternity and never came back. Now I need to find a new one, but I want an RMT that specializes in sports massage. I just hate paying money for an RMT if I don't know that I will be happy with the results. I'm wayyyy too broke for that.

LOL. You thought it was just another one of my rambling...
So here it goes : one heaping spoon of protein powder in my cup of coffee. Someone switched the cups and had a taste of my coffee. Comment was " What a f*** is this s*** ?? " .
Well. Aaaand that's how I started my day !
I only trust 1 dr in this city for treatment.
I went thru 3 different dr's before I found him ! All the previous 3 didn't know anything about this ! They pretty much thought I was crazy ! Except my whole back was hard tissue. Talking about having a " hard body "... I got that to another level... Mmm, more coffee !!! Cheers !

I'll let you know when you can decide what we delete or not. You spend more time in the female section than anywhere else on here. I've been patient with you up to now. I'm lenient on posting in the fem misc but the other female areas should primarily be for females. I've had at least 3 new females this year that stopped posting after their first post due to idiot comments from men in the general sections. The females already here don't need me to look out for them. It's the new members that will have a place to post safe from obnoxious men.

I stick to Fem misc cause I like the people in here and it's fun, men and women both. I don't post on the other female sections, because they are sort of "holy". There are plenty of knowledgeable women to help each other out.

Working morning shift, I've tried to come up with a protein waffle mix that I can eat post workout. Yesterday, it came out way too dense, so I added a little more milk today, and made a huge mess. Then I added a little less milk, and made two amazingly delicious waffles, that didn't even need syrup. (My first "waffle" today went in the trash can, because well, it wasn't a waffle.) The only problem is now I don't have measurements...

Graduating at 23 here. I still know a number of Freshman and Sophomore and Im like, I got class at 8 tomorrow Im not staying up all night for this nonsense. Ive been around long enough to know nothing interesting happens once everyone gos to bed cause everyone is asleep. Plus I dont want to be tired all day tomorrow, I got Sht to do!
Was in for Protien Waffle recipe, now Im dissapoint beyond measure.Ever since I was a child I have had this instinctive urge for expansion and growth. To me, the function and duty of a quality human being is the sincere and honest development of one's potential.

Any time you see the word recipe in my posts, just prepare for disappointment. I like to just throw things together and hope they turn out good. I did however kind of follow a recipe for the waffles, kind of, and I mostly knew how much of everything I used, until I thinned it out with milk this morning.

If I was being obnoxious I wouldn't be upset about it, the male misc has females post in there so I'm really missing why the female bodybuilding section is for females only. There are tons of men posting in here now, and I've not had any of them complain to me personally and they are welcome to do so. The posts I've made are either constructive or tasteful humor.
As Wyo stated below, I spend more time here because I like the people here (yes, the men too). They're not as obnoxious and are more on par with my sense of humor.
And my time is definitely split pretty equally between the regular misc/science and tech, and here.
But you're the mod man.

meh, you're right it does, it is mainly about the basics = macros, prog. overload, rest
in my personal opinion we all should mix up all types of rep ranges anyways
edit: in that video andrew seems to have mixed up fast and slow muscle fibers a bit... he says they should train at a higher % of their 1RM but they have more slow twitches fibres, while i think he wanted to say more fast twitch muscle fibers since those are more used in higher % of your max and explosive lifts

that is so far form the truth , females have less overall muscle fibers than men in general ..
but the percentage of type 1 or type 2 is a genetic factor an can vary between individuals regardless of gender
but because most females train differently from men they tend to develop the type 1 more then the type 2 and that's why the misconception that men have a higher number of type 2who says love has to be soft and gentle ?

does anyone have any recommendations for programs to go on here? i`m looking to build strength mostly to complete the police physical fitness test. but theres SO many programs. any recommendations?
