anniversary I always take the wife out somewhere nice and buy her a gift, me I dont want anything.
V Day I buy her flowers, but I buy her flowers anyways many times.

Last time I was in line buying her flowes, old man in line says, for your wife, I said yeah, he says, what did you do, me nothing sir, nothing yet. He says good man, I am too old to do anything haha.

My husband sends flowers to me randomly. Anytime I get flowers my coworkers want to know what my husband did wrong. He isn't stupid enough to think flowers will right a wrong. You cannot buy your way out of anything with me. An apologize is much cheaper and more sincere.

Hit 162lb on the scales today but obviously know that will change if i weigh myself in the am. But still gaining some weight and more mass. NOW i have a bone spur in my heel. Looks like deadlifts and squats are out the picuture till it gets better or i get surgery. So mad right now.

NBE even if you did not receive birthday gifts as a child..you are now a parent. As your children get older it is important for them to be able to make daddy's day special and you must let them do this for you. I know you dont care one way or another but they will care ok?

No the best thing i can do is try to give my foot rest by trying to stay off of it as much as possible and take some ibuprofen then ice it down. It will go away but i've had it before so theres a possibility it will come back. But depending on how much the pain gets sometimes surgery can be a better idea from what i hear.

my left knee no pain whatsoever but the right knee I started having issues a few years back, now i have to be careful not to kneel down or hit it somewhere
