Ha ha. Somehow I need to look more married when I'm not wearing my rings.

My guests call me out all the time when I don't wear my rings. They'll be chatting, and then be like, "You weren't wearing those rings yesterday!" or I'll mention my husband and wont have my rings on, and they'll say, "You're not wearing your wedding rings..."

Okay, well, I don't need a ring to know I'm married. I always reply with either, "That's why we have tattoos." or "I go to the gym in the morning and sometimes I forget to put my rings back on." And then I just shrug my shoulders and give them the what are you going to do about it face.

I never usually wear mine to the gym because they hurt my hand when lifting and I don't want them to get damaged. I forgot to take them off the other day though and did a deadlift wearing them which pinched and bruised my finger. Ouch!

I always take mine off in the morning before lifting, but if I don't put them in my usual spot, then I forget to put them back on.

I have a couple of tattoos, my most recent was specially for my husband, and it's on my right rib cage. When he came home for his mid tour leave the last time he was deployed we both went and got little black hearts with red skulls inside, on our band fingers. He can't wear his ring because of his job, and I always forget to put mine back on.

Can someone explain whether the sugar in the fruits (fructose) is just as bad as the sucrose or what the difference is if you consume over your sugars but it comes from fructose. I have been beating myself up about this, but I don't want to get rid of fruit from my diet.

Unless you are on Keto . . . doesn't/shouldn't make a difference. Sugar is sugar and it's just calories. Fructose can stunt ketosis just because of the way it's metabolized, but outside of that I'd say not to worry about it. Just hit your macros and go with the fruit if you want it.

If you're cutting I'd stay away from fruits. They have a ton of sugar and I think it's general knowledge that sugars are not so great for losing weight, even if they come from fruits.

Just FYI sucrose is a combination of fructose and glucose, table sugar has about 50/50 and HFCS for example 90% fructose and 10% glucose

Fructose and glucose are completely different , fructose is metabolized in the liver, glucose isn't
every cell in your body can utilize and break down glucose
fructose in fruit is identical to the fructose in HFCS .. it's fructose no matter where it comes from
fructose in general is worse than glucose but the amount present in fruit is not something you should be worry too much unless you really go overboard...

the liver uses fructose and the excess creates fat which apparently ends up around the liver causing issues
elevates triglycerides;increases LDL cholesterol;buildup of fat around organs; increases blood pressure;
makes tissues insulin-resistant, precursor to diabetes

pretty much the same issues you'd have by drinking too much Alchool

bottom line is too much sugar of any kind is not good , in excess they are both bad but glucose is the preferred type by our body

I plan to start cutting before any dressy type things occur. Most of my dresses are bodycon and I don't want to look like an exploded can of biscuits...

That would have been a better plan but I wasn't done bulking darn it!
So I put on dress size 8 that I wore at about 130# and it fit fine. Put on at 140 and it still fits but doesn't look good anywhere for some reason. So then for the shyts and giggles I tried on the size 4/125 pounds and it still but total can of biscuits was hilarious! So I go with strapless stretchy knit cling everywhere and a sheer wrap should work OK. Sparkly heels and earrings to blind them.

And it's a charity thing why right after Christmas, dummies?

Nope not me. I actually haven't worn a dress in years. Have not needed to. If it weren't for leggings I would be naked today. Still waiting on my new and bigger clothes to come back after alterations.

I'm not really into dresses anymore. I can't wear them at my job for safety reasons so I just kinda got out of the habit. I pick them out of VS catalogs but never end up buying them. I have several in my closet even but never think to wear them. I usually wear jeans or shorts if its hot.

Awesome bro. I hit a new PR today too. 295x3 on bench today. Felt awesome. Then a guy came up to me in the gym and said i've been watching you lift around here lately and your hitting some impressive numbers with your lifts with your size. Made me feel good though. So i lifted even harder haha.

Do you do a lot of hamstring exercises? Maybe they're your weaker muscle group, usually the antagonist muscles when not used a lot and subjected to significant stress tend to hurt (DOMs).

Only SLDL and hamstring curls once a week. I suppose it's a good thing... At least I know they are getting worked!
