Just missing my brother and nephew...they were home for the holidays.
Shopping...FUN!! Whatchya lookin' fer?
And, I'm considering starting a journal....but, it seems a bit daunting. I'm browsing yours and pharty's. How long do you ladies spend on it? I'm currently working up a new lifting program for myself, so thought it may be a good time to jump into journaling too."I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." ~Philippians 4:13

I just need some new clothes that fit! I was hoping to find some tops but didn't find anything I liked. I did pick up some new gym gear, undies, earrings and a couple of basic singlets.
My journal doesn't really take that long. I record my lifts in an app so I just copy and paste those into the thread. I find it useful to have a journal and I wanted a place to put my progress photos so later on I can read back over it and see how I'm going. I'm on the forum all the time anyway, at least I feel like I'm being productive!

Didn't roll out of bed until 11am. I felt a little run down yesterday. I musta needed the sleep!!!
Good thing today is a scheduled day off from training. Leaves a lot of time to do grocery shopping. Shopping for contest prep food can be exhausting sometimes.Every day counts.

Very cool! Glad you got a pic...we wouldn't have actually believed you. And welcome to the southeast!
Boo! Sorry no cute tops...but, glad you still made some good finds.
I may start journaling Monday. I'm already on here a lot too, so I think it will work.
I find grocery shopping to be easier when in comp prep mode...I know exactly what and how much I need...and almost everything is on the outside aisle. I just make the loop and I'm in and out in like 20 minutes!"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." ~Philippians 4:13

I'm the opposite. When I'm not strictly dieting anything I see goes in the cart.
Now I'm reading every dam label on everything even though I've read it a hundred times before. I know, I know...
