I acquired this piece of equipment about a year ago for free from a guy who wanted to get rid of it for a new system. This was when I first started working out and had no knowledge of anything whatsoever. Unfortunately, it's actually been sitting in my basement in pieces since I got it. Does anyone know anything about the Gold's Gym XR30? I'd love to have an instruction manual or something since I have no idea how to put it together.
It has a great adjustable Olympic bench, a leg developer, a pulley system, a lat pulldown bar, a squat rack and a safety spotting system. Basically an all in one machine. I think it's time that I take my workouts to the next level and an important step of that would be to assemble this piece of sh*t. Apparently it's about 10 years old and worth over $500 dollars new. So... any help?

Best advice. Since it was free, try to sell it for $200 and buy decent equipment.

I sell home and commercial fitness equipment, so if you have questions on equipment PM me and I will help.

You got it free. It is not worth $500, new or used. Sell it. Buy a used weight set. You will be ahead of the game.
You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?
