Also are you still eating like 2k a day and running a huge deficit? That is bound to mess up your hormones and make it unlikely that you'll be in the least bit horny. Not to mention its not a good idea for someone struggling with mental issues to severely restrict calories. Even the happiest person will have a large change of mood when on a super restrictive diet.

Been eating about 3200 per day while lifting (Jason's modified 5x5). I just want to get stronger for once lol. Im sure that around 3k calories is pretty much my maintainence calories. I decided that I don't want to gain weight at the momment, but cutting has not been working that well, so I figured for the time being I'd just stay about the same.
Cant believe I got my ass in the gym last night. I really didnt want to, But I knew I'd be glad I did.

i'm a firm believer in the fact that the best thing you can do to bring yourself out of a funk is to get on a solid diet, exercise plan and sleeping schedule. My roomate is going through something like you describe right now and has meds for it, and while I dont want to discourage you from getting help, I swear those meds are the main problem now. He uses them as an excuse now to lay around all day, skip tests in classes, and just blames everything but himself for his problems.

It'd be like preparing your entire life to bang 100 chicks in a row, getting tan, hitting the gym, making sure your hair looks right and reading the Kama Sutra, only to realize when you get there that you're gay and cannot get hard in the presence of women.

I don't know what you are trying to prove.
Either way.. each first picture has a picture in the 3 picture series that seems like it would obviously have something in common with. This would be to easy though. The other two pictures seem to have very little in common but one of which is the right answer because they wouldn't make the test that easy.
This test is ****in hard.

I've gotten 100% on a couple tests in things like statics. Knowing the vocab section by heart and then knowing how to work the problems by doing every problem you can find and making sure you can do it.
For me its easier to make a 100 on written/short answer tests rather than multiple choice. sometimes I get caught up in "well, really either of these two are right""Overtraining" - sponsoring fukarounditis & half a$sed workouts since 1991

i get sleepy when it snows. weird.
