I bought a pair of wrist wraps, knee wraps and a inzer lever belt from them 3 weeks ago. Money has been taken out of my account, and prior to purchase they were really good with email responses answering questions i had. On the site, it said allow 2-3 weeks and i sent them an email 2 days ago with no response.
just wondering on the general opinion of house of pain. Im eager to get my belts and wraps and i have no idea what is taking so long.
Has anyone had negative experience with them?

House of Pain has gone to ****. My recent order was a complete nightmare.
Basically, took my money. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks despite sending emails. Heard from them, was advised items wanted were out of stock.
I then received my order and it was completely wrong.
I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks. I threatened to lodge a complaint with PayPal, got an email the next day advising they would reship.
I used to order off them lots and never had an issue. But this recent order was a disaster and I will never order from them again.
It took me about 3 months to finally receive what I ordered.

Thats weird you guys have had bad experiences with them. My friends and I get all of our Inzer wraps/belts from HOP and have never had any problems.
I actually just ordered another pair of Inzer wraps/nose tork a few weeks ago and had it within 3 days.
Make sure to call after you order. but they are usually good. Being in Australia is most likely the problem.650-435-645

I ordered on the 12/9 sent an email on the 25/9 asking what was going on considering i never heard back from them. Told me that they were out of stock even though they told me the sizes i was after they had prior to placing order. Sent another email on the 2/10 asking wtf is going on and they replied today saying they had sent it out on the 27/9, didnt send me a tracking number or telling me they dispatched it without me following up with an email.
Currently being shipped to me by usps.
Extremely good communication prior to purchasing but seems like after they dont really care.
