I have the flu REALLY BAD. I lost 10 pounds in 3 days. I wanna know how to keep that weight and my gains.

I was in the same exact situation as you about a week ago. I lost about 5 pounds, my lifts went down 10 pounds and I still managed to add bodyfat and lose momentum. I did my first workout since being sick with the flu yesterday and I had so much less energy than before it was pitiful. My next one is tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes, but there's nothing you can really do. Muscle memory supposedly will reduce the time it takes to get your muscle back, but that's still gonna be another week or so after being sick.
