It doesn't work that way..you have to bulk and cut bulk and cut bulk and cut or go on a life time bulk then cut massively. It's near impossible to do discipline wise/determination. 8% while trying to live a normal life is hard. Is it attainable natty, I don't think so. He looks very hard and defined. Could you get that big? Sure. How hardened and toned like he was? Naw.
